Your six points are all doable. A few things I want to align on before I scope it:

Ads (point 3): There's no ad system in the code yet, so this is net-new. Do you want a real ad network (e.g. an ad SDK) or fixed sponsor banners you sell directly? And where should they live, between rounds, a corner slot, a bottom strip? This drives a lot of the scope.

Banner redesign (point 2): Should I keep the current kill/streak/gift banner moments and restyle them, or do you have a new layout/branding direction in mind?

"Release-ready" + the TikTok connection, the live-event piece uses an unofficial method that can break when TikTok changes things and is against their ToS. I can make everything stable on our side, but that connection needs ongoing maintenance. Do you want me to cover that maintenance, or just the initial build?

Testing: Can you set up a scheduled test live stream (or two) so I can validate effects under real gift/chat load before release?

Deployment: You're on Render now; should I deploy there too, and do you want me handling releases?
